Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring all statutory deductions and benefits are calculated correctly.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintenance of personnel records.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
  • Maintain office administration standards and manage office supplies or inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Handle general inquiries from staff regarding HR and finance-related matters.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar dual-role or generalist capacity.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and HR management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Good command of the English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) languages.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
