Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks and data entry using Accurate software.
- Support the finance team in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Manage filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
- Conduct physical inventory checks and document discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and compliance reporting.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Participate in periodic financial audits and internal reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship schedule.
