Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and ledgers.
- Support the finance team with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
- Help in the preparation of monthly financial reports and documentation.
- Assist with tax filings, permit renewals, and government-mandated compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect financial data and supporting invoices.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities and audit preparations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data organization).
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of numerical accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn new accounting software and ERP systems.
- Willingness to work on-site in Makati City.
