Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the finance team in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Perform data entry and maintenance of accounts payable and receivable records.
- Support the team with tax filing preparations and compliance documentation.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
- Assist in the audit process by organizing financial vouchers and supporting documents.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvement projects.
- Ensure all financial filing systems are maintained in accordance with company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of analytical thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the accounting profession.
