Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the accounting team in daily bookkeeping and data entry tasks using accounting software.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash records.
- Help in the preparation and filing of essential tax documents and government compliance requirements.
- Assist with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical financial filing systems.
- Participate in internal audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with administrative financial support.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
