- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including data entry, invoice processing, and filing.
- Support the processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Help prepare financial reports, statements, and budget analyses under the guidance of senior staff.
- Participate in monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects, internal audits, and process improvements.
- Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to record, track, and analyze financial data.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy.
