Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and ledgers.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable teams with data entry and document filing.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and verify transaction records.
- Help in the processing of expense reports and employee reimbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing documents and financial reports.
- Perform regular audits of office petty cash and financial documentation.
- Support the finance department with ad-hoc administrative tasks and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled as a student in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite professional office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software.
