Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial report preparation
- Manage vendor payments and reconcile bank statements
- Organize and maintain financial documentation according to company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget-related tasks
- Learn and utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents)
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy and data integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn new systems and processes
