Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and balance sheets
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Conduct expense analysis and budget variance tracking
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Utilize Odoo's accounting software for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial audits
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Odoo experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Previous internship or academic projects in accounting preferred
