Tanggung Jawab
- Record and process invoice transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities to maintain financial records
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy
- Archive and organize financial documents for easy retrieval and compliance
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports under supervision
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation
- Learn and apply accounting software to manage financial data
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
