Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily recording of financial transactions and accounts payable/receivable tasks.
- Support the team in preparing monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of statutory documents and tax compliance materials.
- Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records.
- Support year-end audit preparation and documentation.
- Identify and assist in resolving financial discrepancies.
- Participate in team meetings to provide insights on financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new software and processes.
