Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and ledgers.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable teams with accurate data entry.
- Participate in month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliation tasks.
- Help organize and digitize financial documentation for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process employee expense reports.
- Assist in preparing basic financial statements and tax compliance reports.
- Perform periodic bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Support special projects involving financial analysis and cost tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work full-time hours in our Ayala Alabang office.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
