Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and ledgers.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable teams with data entry and document verification.
- Participate in month-end closing procedures and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
- Assist in auditing and organizing expense reports and receipts.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect necessary billing documentation.
- Support the finance department in filing tax-related documents and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of analytical thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms).
