Meatplus Trading Corp. is currently seeking (3) highly driven Accounting Interns to join our dynamic team in Manila City. This internship is designed to provide you with meaningful, hands-on experience in a real-world trading environment, allowing you to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice.
As an intern with us, you will work closely with our experienced accounting staff, gaining exposure to financial documentation, reporting, and ledger maintenance. We are committed to mentorship and professional growth, ensuring that you leave this program with the practical skills necessary to excel in your future accounting career.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the accounting team in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and ledger entries.
- Support the team in the data entry of daily business transactions and invoices.
- Help prepare monthly financial reports and assist in balance sheet reconciliations.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile findings with the company database.
- Organize and archive financial documentation, ensuring strict compliance with company filing systems.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes by verifying vendor details and payment status.
- Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and general government reportorial requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- A proactive attitude with the desire to learn new accounting software and processes.
- Available for a full-time internship duration as required by your academic institution.
