Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the accounting team with daily bookkeeping and the maintenance of financial records.
- Process and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the tax department with the preparation and filing of documentation.
- Aid in payroll processing and general HR administrative support.
- Prepare preliminary financial reports and monthly statements.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in financial data.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
