In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of an accounting department. You will work closely with our experienced finance professionals, assisting in essential document verification, financial reporting, and treasury support. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the verification and validation of financial documents and supporting schedules.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of monthly financial reports.
- Perform daily treasury support tasks, including bank reconciliation and cash monitoring.
- Maintain systematic filing and organization of accounting records for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
- Monitor and track accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Assist in the data entry of financial transactions into the accounting information system.
- Support ad-hoc administrative duties related to accounting and financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to render the required number of OJT hours as per university curriculum.
