Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the accounting team with daily financial record-keeping and data entry.
- Support project planning and execution by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in month-end closing processes.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary financial information.
- Learn and utilize accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
Kualifikasi
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
