Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and ledgers.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams with daily processing tasks.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial statements with high attention to detail.
- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve documentation.
- Assist in tax filing preparations and compliance-related activities.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department during audit periods.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multinational team environment.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
