Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily bookkeeping, data entry, and maintenance of financial ledgers.
- Support the finance team with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and organize financial documents and receipts for monthly reporting.
- Help perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction records.
- Assist with the preparation of internal financial statements and budget tracking.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to the finance manager.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) is a plus.
