Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and ledgers.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare accurate bank reconciliations and verify transaction records.
- Assist in the filing of statutory tax returns (GST/CIT) in accordance with IRAS regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal control policies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation for audit readiness.
- Provide administrative support for client billing and accounts receivable/payable management.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or IFRS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of analytical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
- Prior experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or Quickbooks) is a significant advantage.
