Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and record all daily inventory transactions in the accounting system accurately.
  • Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the ledger.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely documentation of goods received and issued.
  • Analyze stock variances and investigate root causes to minimize discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly inventory reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and inventory management policies.
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready digital and physical records of inventory movements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory accounting, bookkeeping, or supply chain auditing.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
