Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record all daily inventory transactions in the accounting system accurately.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the ledger.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely documentation of goods received and issued.
- Analyze stock variances and investigate root causes to minimize discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and inventory management policies.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready digital and physical records of inventory movements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory accounting, bookkeeping, or supply chain auditing.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
