PT Nutrione Indonesia Jaya is a fast-growing company in the nutrition industry, committed to providing high-quality products and maintaining a non-toxic, supportive work environment. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting & Inventory Control Executive (AR/AP) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounts receivable and payable processes, as well as managing inventory control to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining financial health and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment collection, and vendor reconciliation.
- Prepare and review financial reports, such as aging reports, cash flow statements, and inventory valuation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize carrying costs.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory forecasting and planning.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in AR/AP or inventory control.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and inventory management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
