We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Inventory Operations Intern to join our team in Kampong Ubi.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in the backbone of our operations. You will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing our inventory systems, and ensuring our daily administrative processes run smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, data entry, and expense categorization.
- Manage and track inventory levels for pet supplies, equipment, and retail products using internal systems.
- Perform regular reconciliation of accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Support month-end closing procedures by preparing necessary schedules and reports.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve discrepancies and manage purchase orders.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic accounting knowledge.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus.
- A keen interest in the pet industry and a genuine love for animals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills in English.
