Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and financial reports for management review
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Proven experience in managing accounting teams and developing staff
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines
