Erajaya is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance AR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Accounts Receivable (AR) function, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and healthy cash flow management for our extensive retail operations. We are looking for a proactive professional who possesses a strong strategic approach to financial management and can effectively bridge the gap between internal finance teams and external business partners.
As the Finance AR Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our credit control processes, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and driving process improvements across the finance department. You will lead a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. This position requires a deep understanding of retail finance dynamics and the ability to implement robust financial controls that support the company's growth objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, posting, and collections.
- Develop and implement strategic credit control policies to minimize bad debt and reduce DSO.
- Liaise with external clients, merchants, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain strong business relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing AR team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports, including aging analysis and cash flow forecasts, to senior management.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing processes.
- Ensure full compliance with company financial policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance, with a strong background in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of managing AR operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
