Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure high performance and professional development
- Oversee financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards, BIR regulations, and internal policies
- Streamline accounting processes through automation and workflow optimization initiatives
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with executive team on financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
