Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, with a primary focus on accounts payable and business unit financial performance.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations, local tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to provide accurate reports for executive decision-making.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management or a senior accounting role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing a team of professionals.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in Marikina City and thrive in a collaborative corporate culture.
