Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL management, and month-end/year-end closing processes
- Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights supporting strategic business decisions
- Manage tax compliance, filings, and audits while optimizing tax strategies
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial KPIs to ensure organizational financial health
- Drive process improvements through automation and technology adoption in financial systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Strong expertise in Philippine accounting standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in office equipment or B2B manufacturing industry preferred
