Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Supervise the payroll process to ensure timely and correct disbursement of employee compensation.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine tax laws, financial regulations, and internal control policies.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audit and tax filing periods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
