Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Review and approve weekly/monthly accounting processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management and stakeholders
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve financial processes
- Experience in multinational companies or trading industries preferred
