Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Supervise and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and support for professional growth
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filings
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and controls to safeguard company assets
- Assist in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of managing accounting operations and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
