Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including financial reporting, billing, collections, and payroll
- Lead and develop the accounting team through training, mentorship, and performance management
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GAAP, and internal financial controls
- Optimize accounting processes through automation and system improvements
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting management experience
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, payroll, and collections
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Experience in transport/logistics industry highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
