Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage the company’s tax compliance, ensuring all filings are submitted accurately and on time according to local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and optimize liquidity.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and track departmental budgets.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/CA/CPA is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance management role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations (Pajak).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, Accurate, or similar systems).
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is highly desirable.
