KMC Solutions is a dynamic company seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to join our growing team in Taguig City. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting processes.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close procedures accurately and on time.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and local financial regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of junior accountants and finance staff.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting and team management experience.
- Proven track record of successful financial reporting and auditing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and internal controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
