We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and maintaining strict compliance with local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee the budgeting process and develop accurate financial forecasts to support business growth.
- Manage and optimize the implementation and day-to-day use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, financial standards, and internal control policies.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and finance staff.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows to ensure timely processing.
- Conduct regular audits and financial reviews to identify risks and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting or financial control role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced financial modeling skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
