Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and payroll processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Manage and develop the accounting team through training, performance reviews, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in accounting processes and systems
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for business planning
- Liaise with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of Philippine GAAP, BIR regulations, and tax compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel (VBA preferred)
- Proven experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and audit coordination
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop accounting teams
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement across departments
