In this critical leadership role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting functions. You will be at the heart of our financial decision-making, driving excellence and partnering with cross-functional teams to support our growth. As the Accounting Manager, you will report directly to the Finance Director and lead the month-end and year-end close processes, prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP, and oversee general ledger activities.
You will manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of accountants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Your expertise will be crucial in executing internal controls, coordinating external audits, and driving process automation initiatives within our SAP environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end accounting operations, managing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of accountants, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring robust internal controls and the timely resolution of audit recommendations.
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives within SAP, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across finance operations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights, drive budgeting and forecasting activities, and support cost optimization strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strongly preferred.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity overseeing a team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and Philippine statutory and tax regulations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP (ECC/S4Hana) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proven track record in managing external and internal audits, implementing internal controls, and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
