Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Manage the internal and external audit processes, ensuring all financial records are compliant with statutory requirements.
- Handle tax planning and ensure timely filing of corporate tax obligations (PPh, PPN).
- Direct the budget preparation process and perform variance analysis to monitor business performance.
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to the accounting department staff to ensure team productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws (UU Pajak), and PSAK standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
