We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. This full-time role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in QuickBooks and GAAP, a proven track record in audit management, and a strong commitment to fiscal accuracy. As a key member of our finance team, you will oversee all accounting functions, manage a team of professionals, and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
In this position, you will direct month-end and year-end close processes, prepare accurate financial statements, and coordinate internal and external audits. You will also develop and implement accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and enhance operational efficiency. Your insights will support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Prepare and present timely financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
- Coordinate internal and external audits; implement audit recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to foster professional development.
- Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine taxation and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
