DDC Land is seeking a highly organized and strategic Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations in Pasay City. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, streamlining accounting processes, and ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with Philippine GAAP and BIR regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor the accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
- Manage the budgeting process, perform variance analysis, and assist senior management in financial forecasting.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies, local tax laws, and statutory requirements.
- Supervise bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and month-end/year-end closing procedures.
- Conduct internal financial audits and implement controls to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA licensure is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
