You'll spearhead the preparation of accurate financial statements, manage complex general ledger activities, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. As guardian of our financial health, you'll collaborate with department heads on budgeting initiatives, conduct insightful variance analyses, and ensure adherence to Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS). Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with supporting schedules
- Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations, PFRS, and internal control policies
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with variance analysis reporting
- Manage and develop accounting team through training, performance reviews, and process optimization
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax authorities and financial institutions
- Implement financial systems enhancements and process automation initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of PFRS, Philippine tax codes, and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams of 3+ members
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
