Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting processes
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure optimal cash flow
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and financial planning initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- CPA license is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Effective communication and leadership abilities with experience managing teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Experience in the industry is considered an advantage
