Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Manage tax compliance, ensuring timely filing and accurate reporting with the BIR and other regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth year-end audit processes and internal reviews.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure data integrity.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and budget monitoring to support business growth initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of professional development and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
