Halla Chem Philippines Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations in Malanday, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will lead our accounting department, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, rigorous tax compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support our growing business operations. As our Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions, including the integrity of our AP/AR processes, month-end closing procedures, and financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Oversee accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including BIR filings and other statutory requirements.
- Perform comprehensive bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to drive operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
- Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws, accounting standards (PFRS), and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
