Key responsibilities include managing month-end closing processes, preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, coordinating with external auditors, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, PFRS, and internal policies.
- Manage cash flow and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
- Implement and improve accounting systems and processes for efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
- CPA certification is required or in progress.
- For experienced managers: minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
- For fresh graduates: strong academic record and leadership potential.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or hotel-specific systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations.
