As our Accounting Manager, you will be at the heart of our business decisions, ensuring financial integrity, optimizing performance, and providing actionable insights that fuel our growth. Key Responsibilities
- Direct the full accounting cycle, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws (BIR), SEC regulations, and accounting standards (PFRS/GAAP).
- Develop and enforce internal control policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team to achieve peak performance.
- Facilitate external audits and liaise with financial institutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and financial efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA license is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
