Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for timely reporting
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll operations
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
