Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and ensure timely completion of all compliance requirements
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions
- Collaborate with department heads to understand financial needs and provide relevant financial information
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and developing staff
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
