We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations.

The Role

As the Accounting Manager, you will direct the financial activities of the company. You will oversee financial reporting, ensure strict compliance with BIR and SEC regulations, manage budgets, and lead audit initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can streamline accounting processes and support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily operations of the accounting department (AP, AR, GL, Payroll).
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with PFRS.
• Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and LGU requirements.
• Coordinate and lead external and internal audit engagements.
• Develop and enforce internal controls.
• Oversee cash management and treasury functions.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA license is required.
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of PFRS, Philippine tax laws, and SEC regulations.
• Experience with full-cycle audit management.
• Expertise in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
