Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed asset management.
- Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with established accounting principles (PFRS/GAAP).
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis of variances and financial performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.
- Coordinate and support external audits, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors and ensuring timely completion.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Optimize accounting processes and leverage financial systems (ERP) to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings clearly and concisely.
